This notice is provided to you pursuant to the Privacy of Consumer Financial Information
Act and the Federal Trade Commissions implementing regulation there under, 16 CFR Part 313.
1. Collection Sources:
We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

you on applications or other forms;
· Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others;
· Information
we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.
2. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers
or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
3. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to
know that information to provide the requested loan origination services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to third parties that perform services
on our behalf, such as the credit bureau, your insurance provider, title company involved in your transaction and appraiser
involved in your transaction. Your information wil be disclosed th the wholesale lender chosen for your mortgage transaction.
These third parties must agree to strict confidentiality provisions to assure the protection
of your information. Because we already limit the sharing of your nonpublic personal information as outlined above, no action
is necessary on your part to limit such sharing
4. We do not give out any internet related information such as email
address, etc.
5. We keep only the minimum amount of information required by law after your transaction is closed,
and destroy and information that is not sent back to you.
6. Our computers have firewalls and are kept secured in locked areas. Passwords are required to open
files.
