but initially we only need the main application (form 1003). You can fill them all out now or wait and upon receipt of your
application, we will mail them to you. The downloadable forms are in Adobe.pdf format. If it doesnt work

PAY FOR CREDIT REPORT: NOTE--go to our
'Credit' page to see how you can get a FREE credit report and if thats a good option for you. You dont need to buy a report to
submit an application at this point but it would make things go much faster. As stated on our 'credit' page, it is not possible to fully qualify
you without a credit report. By paying below, you are giving us your permission to pull a tri-merged (meaning all
three bureaus with scores) residential mortgage credit report.
The charge for this is $11 for one person and $18 for two joint borrowers. Some lenders may offer you a free report but you can bet thats a single bureau pull, and NOT enough information
to make a good decision. After receiving your application, we will contact you for payment information. We can
take Credit cards by phone or Click the 'buynow' button to pay with PayPal. We do NOT profit from these fees! YOUR PAYMENT is permission for us to pull your report. You will be
contacted and given a copy of your report. We will go over the report with you to check for accuracy.
